Child in criminal proceedings

In this work the problem of interviewing a child as a witness in criminal proceedings is presented, particularly when the child has been abused, or is the victim of a crime. The case of interviewing a child in criminal proceedings, out of court, in a specialized institution is also presented. A psychological evaluation of an abused child is also given.
