The algorythm of treatment of radial neck fractures in children

Radial neck fractures are typical fractures of the elbow region in children. They are common and with several problems in treatment and rehabilitation. Apparently a well operative treated radial neck fracture in children presents problems in rehabilitation. To avoid these problems it is necessary primarily to use conservative treatment, and to use operative treatment only in cases where the conservative one failed. In a period of 5 years we treated 73 patients with primary conservative treatment, and we show the results and detailed treatment techniques.
