Tracheal bronchus in two children

Two children with tracheal bronchus are presented. The first case was complicated by tracheoesophageal fistula (treated surgically), atresion of anus with rectovestibular fistula. Tracheoesophageal fistula was surgically ligated, while rectovestibular fistula was dilated. Because of recurrent pneumonia and atelectasis of apical segment of the right upper lobe surgery was recommended, but the parents did not agree. The second child, born prematurly, had recurrent pneumonia of the right upper lobe with hyperinflation. Because of possible pneumothorax surgical treatment was recommended, but the parents did not agree. We do not have any information about the children because they failed to control in our hospital.
