Infant mediastinal teratoma
A case of mature teratoma in a 7 month old female is presented. The illness began an an acute, febrile respiratory infection; a chest radiogram showed pleural effusion in the right side of the chest. Shadows of calciferous intensity in the lung parenchima indicated a foreign body, but fiberoptic-bronchoscopy eliminated this possibility. Keywords:
